Biography

Christopher R. Kaup is an attorney and equity shareholder of Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., who focuses his legal practice on the representation of creditors and debtors in complex commercial bankruptcy matters, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. Chris has represented public companies, private businesses, creditors’ committees and individuals in commercial bankruptcy cases, State Court matters and transactional negotiations in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Missouri, Utah, Florida, New Jersey, Delaware and California. Chris served as a Law Clerk in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona during 1992 and 1993.

Chris is a former member of the governing Council of the General Practice, Solo & Small Firm Division of the American Bar Association and a past Chair of that Section’s Bankruptcy Committee. He is also a member of the ABA’s Joint Ad Hoc Committee on the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Process and the Bankruptcy Committee of the ABA Business Law Section. Chris also is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Arizona.

Chris is the former President and currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. He also is the President of the Penn & Wharton Club of Arizona. Chris is a member of the Executive Nominating Committee of the Committee and Board of Directors of the Grand Canyon Council (the “GCC”) of the Boy Scouts of America and the incoming Chair of the Board of Directors of the GCC. He has also served as President, a member of the Session, and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Orangewood Presbyterian Church in Phoenix, Arizona and a member of the Board of the Arizona Chapter of the Lehigh Alumni Association.
