JAMES CHRISTIAN has been with Tiffany & Bosco since 2004.  He focuses upon complex business-related matters related to both public and private companies, with special interests in corporate formation, structuring, governance, and insurance, outside corporate counsel services, corporate-liability standards, UCC issues and transactions, and the federal and state securities law.

James also has experience in assisting corporate and individual clients with state and federal regulatory issues such as regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings, internal investigations, and compliance.

James has extensive experience with various types of dispute resolution, with an emphasis on corporate securities and business litigation.  James has worked on high-profile and complex cases involving contract disputes and interpretation, insurance disputes and coverage issues, partnership and co-venture disputes, patent exploitation, the division of corporate assets, professional liability, and corporate-governance issues.  James also has experience with litigation monitoring, liability standards, multi-jurisdictional discovery disputes, pleadings, briefing, and settlement negotiations and documentation.

Outside of the firm James is an active member of Arizona's Bar Association, and has been voted onto the Securities Regulation Section Executive Committee to serve a four-year term.  He is the section’s immediate past Vice-Chair, and a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association.

James also serves on the board of trustees for The Melonhead Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides assistance to families coping with pediatric cancer.

Prior to joining Tiffany & Bosco, James worked as a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Earl H. Carroll of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.  Before that he was a full-time extern for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, In-House Airports Division, where he assisted in implementing LAX's noise-mitigation and expansion program.
