STEPHEN P. LINZER has been involved for more than 40 years in commercial litigation and business transactions.  He supervises the automobile and RV practice group at Tiffany & Bosco--exclusively representing dealers.  In that capacity, Steve serves as lead counsel for more than sixty motor vehicle and RV dealerships in Arizona.  In addition, he is advisor to many local automobile advertising trade associations.  Steve is a board member and a vice president of the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC), a nationwide professional organization of over 500 attorneys who represent motor vehicle dealers.

Steve also handles complex commercial and employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
In addition to serving as counsel to over 60 automobile and RV dealers, Steve serves as general counsel to Ford Dealers Advertising Association, the Phoenix Buick GMC Local Marketing Association and the Valley Toyota Dealers Association.  He previously served as general counsel to the Arizona Automobile Dealers Association.

Greater Arizona Council of Camp Fire Boys and Girls (Director for eleven years, and President for two terms); recipient of The Camp Fire National Wohelo Order (Camp Fire's highest honor).
