Jacob Zonn joined Tiffany & Bosco in February of 2014 as a Senior Planner in support of the Real Estate and Zoning Practice Group.  Mr. Zonn has eight years of public sector planning experience focused in the areas of land use, zoning, and project management.  Mr. Zonn is experienced in all aspects of land use entitlements which includes general and comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, conditional use permits, site planning, subdivision planning, landscape design, and  transportation.  In addition, Mr. Zonn has vast experience in community outreach and communication regarding projects with stakeholders, surrounding property owners, and appointed and elected officials. 

Other specialties include due diligence, site location analysis, geographic analysis, capacity building, and public presentation skills to multiple neighborhoods, boards, commissions and councils.

Mr. Zonn is a LEED Accredited Professional and offers an understanding of green building, transit oriented development, adaptive reuse,  form based code and mixed and traditional use developments.  His past experience includes geographic systems analysis to members of the U.S. Senate and Congress and holds a Master’s Degree in Community Planning from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
