Biography

Shaine T. Alleman has almost 20 years of experience in land use, planning, and zoning law in Arizona. He is known for implementing thoughtful and effective strategies for removing obstacles in all aspects of real estate development. His expertise has provided successful results various municipal applications, including rezoning applications, general plan amendments, use permits, variances, site plans, and platting.

His success comes from his skillful advocacy for his clients with politicians, municipal staff, neighborhood organizations, or other stakeholders, as well as utilizing his relationships and broad experience to solve development and real estate challenges for his clients. Shaine is also experienced in executing strategies for public and government relations, creating and amending CC&R’s, preparing zoning code standards, and site development planning.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Shaine worked as an urban planner for a private land planning firm and with some of the best local law firms. He has also served as faculty at Arizona State University’s College of Design for various planning and zoning courses and has lectured on current zoning law, planning practices, and other real estate development topics.
