WILLIAM J. SIMON concentrates in construction related issues, both transactional and litigation. He also practices in insurance and commercial litigation and governmental administrative matters. In the construction area, his clients are public and private owners, prime and subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and architects. In the insurance area, he acts in both the prosecution and defense of claims involving the interpretation of insurance policies and surety bonds. Bill has served as Chairman of the Town of Paradise Valley Planning and Zoning Commission and as a member of the Town Council of the Town of Paradise Valley. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and has served on the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Bar Association and various boards and committees of civic, charitable and political organizations.
