Why Tiffany & Bosco?

The law firm of Tiffany & Bosco is well-known and respected in the legal community. A major factor in our growth has been the recruitment of talented and diverse professionals whose ideas drive the firm forward, creating a thriving and dynamic workplace.

It is no secret that many of our professionals have been with the firm for decades. This is due to our unique culture, which, for over 50 years, has been built on equality, transparency, camaraderie, mutual respect, growth, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

We embrace the diverse backgrounds, knowledge, skills and experiences each professional brings to the firm. Whether you are a first year associate or a seasoned lateral attorney, Tiffany & Bosco offers the opportunity to work on interesting cases and transactions involving challenging legal issues.

A key part of our firm culture is to mentor and develop our junior attorneys into confident legal advisors and smart legal practice managers. Our attorneys are encouraged to collaborate with the many legal practice groups at Tiffany & Bosco and to take advantage of the resources that the firm provides to ensure a successful legal practice.

At Tiffany & Bosco, we are also dedicated to hiring the highest level of experienced and talented paralegals and staff members to assist our attorneys in providing clients with preeminent legal services. Those who choose to join the firm can expect stimulating and challenging work, along with the support, resources, training, and mentoring needed to help them succeed and achieve professional growth.

Compensation and Transparency

Financial Information

Tiffany & Bosco offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects and rewards individual performance. The firm is dedicated to transparency and provides each attorney with full financial information regarding his or her compensation and the overhead costs associated with that attorney’s legal practice. Such transparency ensures the firm and its attorneys enjoy maximum financial stability.

Furthermore, Tiffany & Bosco has adopted a source policy that fosters entrepreneurialism and promotes internal collaboration. Under this mathematically-formulated policy, attorneys are rewarded for bringing new clients to the firm, even if the new client is internally referred to a different attorney at Tiffany & Bosco. The source policy motivates attorneys to market the breadth of expertise and experience of their Tiffany & Bosco peers, and it ensures each client is directed to the attorney who is best suited to provide the legal services that client needs.

All Attorney Meetings

All attorneys meet together on a monthly basis to recognize achievements by firm attorneys, review new or upcoming opportunities, and to discuss firm changes and challenges. This forum and the firm’s outlook on the importance of transparency allows the firm to effectively understand and address the ever-evolving challenges associated with the practice of law.

Firm Culture

Tiffany & Bosco reinforces its collegial firm culture by providing activities for its staff, engaging in community service, and organizing an annual retreat for its attorneys.

Tiffany & Bosco regularly offers firm activities for all professional staff members, such as its annual picnic and holiday party.  The firm is also committed to improving the communities in which it operates. Tiffany & Bosco raises money and provides service for a variety of causes and organizations, such as St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, the American Red Cross, Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC) , Together We Rise, the Salvation Army, the Jadie Lynn King Foundation Holiday Angels Project, and more.

Additionally, all Tiffany & Bosco attorneys enjoy the firm’s annual retreat—a weekend getaway in a beautiful location for team building, discussing the future of the firm, and simply enjoying one another’s company. The annual retreat ensures Tiffany & Bosco is always ready to meet the challenges and evolution of the practice of law.

Resources and Support

Women Lawyers Forum

The Women Lawyers Forum at Tiffany & Bosco provides a leadership and support network among the firm’s women lawyers.  We promote professional dialogue among members to identify and implement strategies and essential resources for ongoing career development and advancement opportunities. Our efforts include purposeful mentorship for each member’s professional and personal growth by exploring cross-marketing for internal and external business opportunities as well as facilitating connections in external legal and other professional communities.

Peer Resource Group

Each month, the firm provides a forum where attorneys meet together to have an informal group discussion on various topics including business development, marketing, ethics, professional conduct, trial practice development, client interaction, and more. The meeting also includes a time for an “Attorney Spotlight” which allows one of the firm’s attorneys to give a short presentation about his or her practice. The Peer Resource Group facilitates mentorship of younger attorneys so that they can successfully navigate the complexity  of the legal practice.

Continuing Legal Education

Tiffany & Bosco provides a robust in-house continuing legal education program for its attorneys. Typically offered on a monthly basis, firm-sponsored CLE presentations provide attorneys between an hour and an hour-and-a-half of CLE credit on a variety of useful topics. Attorneys are also encouraged to develop CLE presentations and to refine those presentations by presenting first to their Tiffany & Bosco peers. This gives attorneys the opportunity to receive valuable feedback before the attorney presents to the broader legal community. Outside speakers on a variety of subjects round out these offerings. Tiffany & Bosco’s CLE program allows our attorneys to receive most of their annual hours, including ethics, conveniently and at no charge.

Diversity and Inclusion

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. is committed to cultivating and maintaining a firm whose staff and attorneys reflect the communities in which we live and the clients that we serve. Tiffany & Bosco values and welcomes the array of perspectives and experiences that a diverse group of people bring. Accordingly, Tiffany & Bosco created its Committee on Diversity & Inclusion to ensure our firm is attracting and retaining people from all walks of life. The result is a firm culture that works hard, provides top-of-the-line legal services, and fosters an environment in which people better understand each other and respect the differences that make each person’s contribution an asset to the firm and its clients.
