This rating is a result of a structured peer review and is based upon the confidential opinions of practicing attorneys and members of the judiciary. Fewer than 5% of all firms' qualify and are included, making our firm one of the most distinguished and respected in the country.

In 2013, Tiffany and Bosco was recognized as one of Top Ranked Law Firms the U.S. based on the large percentage of the firm's attorneys who are individually AV-rated. A law firm carries the rating of the highest rated lawyers in the firm. Lawyers are rated by their peers (other lawyers) and by judges. Martindale-Hubbell obtains the confidential opinions of lawyers and judges, then each lawyer is given two ratings, one for integrity or character; the other for competence. On April 13, 2009, Freddie Mac announced the addition of Tiffany & Bosco as a Servicer to their Designated Counsel Program. Freddie Mac (FHLMC) is a government-chartered corporation that buys qualified mortgage loans from the financial institutions that originate them, securitizes the loans, and distributes the securities through the dealer community.

The Designated Counsel Program makes use of highly qualified counsel and trustees across the country to help improve foreclosure and bankruptcy timeline management in 20 states. The program is either optional or mandatory, depending on the location of the property, the number of units in the property, and Freddie Mac's evaluation of a Servicer's foreclosure and bankruptcy management performance in a particular state.

As a Servicer, Tiffany & Bosco plays a vital role in assisting borrowers seeking foreclosure prevention options through the Designated Counsel Program.

The American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN) is a national network of legal and residential mortgage banking professionals and leads the industry as a provider of strategic and timely education. The largest national organization of its kind, the ALFN offers members of the residential mortgage banking community high quality educational and training resources.
