Kurt Jones joined Tiffany & Bosco in January of 2013 as a Senior Planner in support of the Real Estate and Zoning Practice Group. Mr. Jones has fourteen years of public sector planning experience and draws on his expertise to effectively process entitlement projects through the various county, city and town planning processes. As a planner in the private sector for the past nine years, he provides complete "cradle to grave'' land use entitlement and development services for his clients. Mr. Jones provides project management of all sub-consultants related to design and development approval processes including, site planning, subdivision platting, civil improvement plans, landscape design, transportation, archeology, drainage, utilities and permitting. In addition, Mr. Jones is experienced in public outreach and communication regarding projects with interested parties, surrounding property owners, and appointed and elected officials. Other specialties include due diligence, marketing and presentation creation, development schedules, and public presentation skills to stakeholders, neighborhood associations, multiple decision boards, commissions and councils.
