Kendra is based in the firm’s Florida office, where she represents national mortgage lenders in the areas of financial and real estate litigation, including foreclosures, title curative actions, contract disputes, bankruptcy, collateral recovery, workouts, and claims involving fraud, consumer finance, lender liability, TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA. Kendra also represents corporations and individuals in real estate transactions, collections, property disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, probate, and property insurance claims.
Kendra is married and lives on five acres out in the country with all their animals. She enjoys live music and regularly attends concerts. Kendra is a member of St. Nectarios Orthodox Church in Lakeland, FL. She is also a volunteer with the Florida Guardian ad Litem program in the Tenth Judicial Circuit where she enjoys working with children and advocating for them in and out of court.
