Biography

Nick Beatty focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, business law, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and general civil litigation. Nick represents individuals, entities, shareholders, and members, defending and prosecuting claims for breach of contract, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, and a variety of business-related torts. Nick’s clients range from local small business owners to national healthcare providers. While the scope and complexity of each client’s situation varies, Nick understands litigation can often be one of the most stressful experiences in a client’s life. As such, Nick takes pride in regularly—and clearly—communicating with his clients each step along the way, ensuring his clients understand the path towards resolution.

During law school, Nick worked at several of the highest-ranking offices in state government, served as an editor on ASU’s Corporate and Business Law Journal, and competed on a traveling moot court team. After graduating, Nick served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer M. Perkins of the Arizona Court of Appeals, honing his written and oral advocacy skills with some of the brightest legal minds in the state.

Outside of the office, Nick enjoys watching college football, playing golf, and attending local cars-and-coffee events with his wife and golden retriever.
